In 2019 author RIcky Tucker requested help compiling photo documentation of the House Ballroom Scene to accompany text for his non-fiction book, And the Category Is…: Inside New York’s Vogue, House, and Ballroom Community. On display here are just a few photographs from that collaboration which Kareem has continued through the years with hopes of expanding into a bigger body of work.
